Today I completed my drawings, which are now ready to be cut out and animated next lesson. This includes color on the cutouts and final details added. The characters consist of Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Peach, a turtle and a flower. I also had to contribute to the making of the background I would be using. We had to find the appropriate card and cut it out to make the grass and sky. I then had to cut out a series of clouds with plain paper.

During todays lesson, I have come close to completing drawing my characters in preparation for filming of my animation. This involved drawing the characters, and adding color to them. After this I had to find my sound to accompany my animation, adding further to the authenticity of my recreation. To do this, I logged onto Youtube and found an example of the original Mario theme. I then used a conversion website that changed the video to an audio file. Next week I intend to start filming my animation. This should take a full lesson to complete

Today I worked with a classmate to start creating the backdrop for my animation. We used different colors of card to help replicate sky grass and road. We are currently in the process of creating the sun. We will both use this backdrop for our animations, cuting out seperate bits we need for our animations later in the process.
