Today I worked with a classmate to start creating the backdrop for my animation. We used different colors of card to help replicate sky grass and road. We are currently in the process of creating the sun. We will both use this backdrop for our animations, cuting out seperate bits we need for our animations later in the process.

4th Febuary 2010

This week, I have developed a storyboard based on my initial ideas for my mario animation. This included drawing my ideas into nine boxes, accompanied with a description of what was happening, possible sound in the scene and the length of the scene. This is a rough idea of the sequence in which my animation could play and is not my final idea. After this was completed, I developed a idea for another of my models possibly been used in my idea, a scaled down version of the traditional Mario enemy, Bowser. This was made from clay, which i used to develop ideas in the previous week.
